I needed a little gift to give to a group of women and was having the hardest time coming up with something that felt right. Everything I looked at was either not something that was appropriate or expensive. While coming home from another failed attempt to find something I decided to give them handmade note cards using my art. It felt like the perfect solution as it would be simple, easy for me to do, cost effective, and a reminder of our time together. So I ordered the paper (I needed 30 cards) from Red River Paper and a couple days later it was delivered. Talk about efficient service.

I wanted the images to feel fresh, light, and joyful. Something that would make them smile when they saw them. I also wanted to include something that was very much my signature single stem style and black and white so the Cala lily was included. I printed 10 of each image on note card stock and made a bundle of 3 cards with 3 envelopes. I really hope they will love these when I present them to these wonderful ladies tomorrow.
