Time is a thief. That is what someone told me this week and they are absolutely right. 18 years seems like such a long time but it disappears quicker then I wanted it to. This now young woman made me a mama and I have loved life with her. Parenting has been filled with blessings, growth, challenges, highs and lows and we have all learned as we go. She has one of the funniest personalities and filled with a sharp wit that takes you by surprise. Once you break through her shy and quiet outer shell you find a determined yet soft soul that is bursting with creative energy. Oh how I love that she loves to express herself through being creative and artistic. She loves to draw, paint, work with clay, build miniature sets, macrame, decorate and her houseplants. She typically has 10 projects going at once and seems to thrive in the chaos of it. Complete opposite of me.

I’m so proud of her and can’t wait to see where life takes her. She has big dreams and I pray that she is blessed beyond them as she takes the next steps.
