Being in the garden is my favorite place all summer long. Even when it’s hot as heck outside I can still enjoy being out there by getting up early and out when it’s cooler. Plus having a covered deck is the most loveliest feature of our yard. In the mornings I come out and check on how things are looking. What needs a little extra water and pull the weeds I see. I have been so happy with the mulch we have been using which is the Gorilla Hair Landscape Mulch that we have been able to find at Lowes. It suppresses weeds so well and we only just refreshed it after 5 years so I think we have gotten our money’s worth. Here’s a little peek at the garden this month!
