Sometimes you find yourself in the right spot at the right time and you just happened to bring your big camera with which was overkill for the reason you were there. I was invited to have a special holiday tea with a group of women at the Cherokee Ranch Castle near Castle Cock, Colorado. I decided to bring my big camera with simply because I was going to a castle. Well I’m so glad that I did because I managed to grab these two shots while I was leaving. Everything was perfect. The soft winter light skimming across the landscape and the misty fog hovering in the valley with a little skiff of snow on the ground. I found it beautiful.
